We watched a movie at lunchtime today! It was Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. It was a great movie! It was like the story, but different from the story too. In the movie, there weren't squirrels testing nuts. Instead, there were geese that laid golden eggs! We read a Time for Kids magazine about the upcoming election. We learned that candidates are campaigning before the election on November 6. It was Will's star student day! His mom and his two little brothers, Jake and Danny came to visit our classroom. He had a hot lamp and he clapped baby powder over the top of it to show how heat rises. He read us a silly story with some bunnies as the main characters. It was based on fairy tales that we know like Goldilocks and the 3 Bears. It made us laugh!Have a great weekend!
