We are off and running! The children have responded so nicely to the routines and expectation of our classroom. The learning is now in full swing! The children have participated in their first few Schoolwide Reading lessons, math lessons, and they are building their knowledge in the various landforms that cover the earth. Below, you will find some photos of the children making words through our new Fountas & Pinnell Word Study program. You will see the adorable self creations the children made to represent themselves on Curriculum Night- complete with a QR coded message! The children worked on their autobiographies and participated in a "See, Think, Wonder" lesson with Mrs. Wasik to enhance our understanding of making our thinking visible. What a busy week! :)
