We had a wonderful trip to the Brookfield Zoo today! The day was absolutely beautiful, and the children were able to see firsthand the habitats they have been learning about at school. They completed "Zoo Notebooks" as they moved throughout the zoo, recording interesting animals and new facts they encountered. They reflected on the trip this afternoon, writing about a favorite part of their day or an interesting moment they wanted to remember. Thank you for helping us provide such a fun and authentic learning opportunity for the children! Also a big thanks to Mrs. Lorentzen, Mrs. Schneider, Mrs. Ryerson, Mr. Santangelo, and Mrs. Salemi for coming along with us!
